On its journey towards the truth, on the question of whether sufficient protein intake, starch and optimal health is due to animal products, James Wilks speaks with top athletes and nutrition and health experts.

The film is for people, who are interested in how a plant-based diet can affect your athletic performance. But the results should be treated with caution, as the film cannot be considered a scientific study. Further the film makes only marginal mention of environmental facts.
